Carmen Contreras was selected as Velociti Employee of the Month for December 2023 from our Arizona Operations group. Her outstanding service in the area of Quality Control at a number of accounts in the Phoenix and Tucson market helped our team operate at its best for our customers. In her current role as Quality Control representative, Carmen helps provide a high standard of operational needs for clients and associates.

After graduating from Austin Peay, Thomas honed his leadership and organizational skills for 14 years in the US Army, receiving several distinguished decorations and citations for combat and non-combat actions. Thomas uses that experience, alongside his more than 20 years in contract services industries, to oversee the battalions of Velociti team members we send into the field on a daily basis. Thomas’s responsibilities include company oversight, customer service, business development, operations, HR, and profit & loss accountability, making sure that clients see Velociti as a partner, not simply a vendor.
It takes a certain type of risk-taker to leave a safe, secure position and gamble on a new job in a new industry… on the other side of the world. But it’s that willingness to take risks that brought Karan to Argenbright Group. He joined Argenbright at 27, overseeing mergers and acquisitions. Today he’s the CEO, heading up all of the businesses in the Argenbright portfolio. He has a strong professional track record in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, and Cross-Border M&A Advisory. Karan is always looking to innovate, searching for creative solutions to improve and enhance the lives of hourly wage employees.

From failing high school history (his mom was the teacher) to The Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Frank Argenbright is the rare true story of a self-made man. Frank started his first company in 1977 with $500 in startup capital and has been a serial entrepreneur ever since, acquiring over seventy companies and growing Argenbright Holdings to more than $1.5 B in revenue. Frank is an expert in service-based industries with a keen eye for talent, able to look past resumes and pedigrees for folks who are quicker, faster, smarter and hungrier. This eye for talent has established the reputation of legendary service for which Frank’s companies are known worldwide.
Frank’s commitment to his employees, however, is just as legendary. From tangible incentives like cash and cars to intangible ones like titles and hand-signed Christmas cards, Frank makes sure that every Argenbright employee is recognized and rewarded for their hard work.
