After graduating from Austin Peay, Thomas honed his leadership and organizational skills for 14 years in the US Army, receiving several distinguished decorations and citations for combat and non-combat actions. Thomas uses that experience, alongside his more than 20 years in contract services industries, to oversee the battalions of Velociti team members we send into the field on a daily basis. Thomas’s responsibilities include company oversight, customer service, business development, operations, HR, and profit & loss accountability, making sure that clients see Velociti as a partner, not simply a vendor.

Today he’s the CEO, heading up all of the businesses in the Argenbright portfolio. He has a strong professional track record in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, and Cross-Border M&A Advisory. Karan is always looking to innovate, searching for creative solutions to improve and enhance the lives of hourly wage employees.
