Velociti Services recently held a training summit in Atlanta, Georgia, January 22-24, 2024, to communicate our organization’s new vision, objectives, values, mottos and service standards to reset the company’s cultural paradigm. Led by Dr. Steve Franklin, the event aimed to center Velociti’s direction towards our vision of becoming the most respected facilities services company in the world.  Almost 100 attendees from across the country attended, including Regional Vice Presidents, National Account Managers, Directors, District Managers, and Area Managers.

95 teammates graduated “Argenbright University” with this new knowledge and level of excitement and anticipation. Robin Kirby provided sales insights training based on color personality. Dustin Hillis gave basic sales skills for one-time services and elephant hunting. Horst Schulze, a legend in the services world and two time winner of the Malcolm Baldridge Award, instructed the team on heightening levels of service excellence.  Founder Frank Argenbright cast the new vision and mission for Velociti, and Argenbright Group CEO Karan Ishwar charted the future course for the Argenbright family of companies. Velociti President Thomas Givens drove home the importance of service excellence. Additionally, attendees received training on the new Peazy app, which will differentiate Velociti as a technological leader in the industry, as well as the unveiling of our new website and brand story from Station16.  The Summit concluded with a fun and meaningful graduation for the inaugural class of Velociti Ambassadors, committed to sales and service excellence and becoming “the orange.”

“We really do want to become the most respected facilities services company in the world,” said Founder Frank Argenbright. “That is good for you. Good for me. Good for our customers, and good for our society.”
